Saturday Feb. 25, 2017, CAPS and ABRC staff attended the Worthington Science Day. This was the fourth annual district wide event hosted students grade K-12 to exhibit their science interests and projects. Student presenters participated in the Science Fair portion. In addition, they held a design challenge and Invention Convention.

CAPS and ABRC set up a table with a series of activities for attendees to engage with. Activities included: DNA Extraction from Applesauce, Seed to Plate Matching Game, Plants Close Up, and Spot the Difference. There were approximately 200 students, parents, and siblings that stopped by the table to engage in the various opportunities offered.
