We are welcoming a new member to CAPS, David Spisak.  He will be working in 012 Rightmire as our new Fiscal Associate.  A brief introduction, David earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University.  He has previously worked for the Ohio Agricultural Research Development Center (OARDC) where he focused on business development, and commercialization.  David will implement fiscal policies and processes for CAPS related financial functions.
