- Letter of interest with a two-page research statement related to one or more of the CAPS Team Projects demonstrating the applicant’s ability to be creative and/or innovative,
- Single PDF document containing the applicant’s CV and contact information for three professional references,
- Reprint(s) of relevant authored publications.
