In light of concerns with COVID-19, the 2020 Practical Summer Workshop in Functional Genomics will be POSTPONED to Summer of 2021.

The 6th Practical Summer Workshop in Functional Genomics (PSWFG) will be held on May 30 to June 13, 2020 at The Ohio State University! It is now accepting applications. As in the past, it will be an honor to have your advanced undergraduate students, master’s students and new Ph.D. students apply. The upcoming workshop will focus on plant-microbe interactions. We are building a world-class set of speakers (confirmed list below), and the research will cover several state-of-the-art techniques to address fundamental questions in plant biology. There will also be a special lecture on the importance of microbial symbiosis in global ecology, climate, and environmental ethics. For more information, contact caps@osu.edu and visit the 2020 FGW webpage.
