2014 Practical Summer Workshop in Functional Genomics

Introduction

The 2014 Practical Summer Workshop in Functional Genomics will be held on Monday, June 9th through Friday, June 20th, 2014. This two week workshop is open to domestic and international participants. The workshop will be coordinated by the Center for Applied Plant Sciences and held at Ohio State's Rightmire Hall on West Campus, Room 150 (laboratory) and Room 102 (seminars).

This workshop includes daily lectures by distinguished speakers, with expertise in genomics, RNA expression analysis and proteomics. Along with seminar attendance, participants will spend time gaining hands-on laboratory experience with modules led by OSU faculty members JC Jang, Dave Mackey, Ana Alonso and Dave Bisaro.
